Share Post:

The Brazilian congress of occupational therapy is the largest occupational therapy-based event in the nation, and occurs on a yearly basis.

The central theme of the 2025 event was “Participation as the essence of Occupational Therapy: history, science, politics, ethics and contemporaneity”. Our director Christine Imms was invited to deliver a pre-conference workshop and the opening Keynote speech.

Both presentations focused on using the family of Participation Related Constructs to guide and inform practice and research.

After giving her Keynote, Christine was presented with a certificate and two capybara keepsakes to bring back to Australia.
