This infographic is an easy-to-read summary of the learnings experienced when negotiating life challenges with cerebral palsy (CP). It explores how youth and then adults with CP participate in life and the areas of life they have found more ease in or difficulty with compared to aged matched peers without CP. Further it discusses strategies that have helped youth with CP “find a way” to negotiate the transition to adulthood. This original research has included researchers as well as participants with CP.
