This tool was developed by participants in the Family Engagement in Research (FER) course in 2023.
These tools aim to make it easier for researchers and family partners to connect with each other. The flyer and the family partner expression of interest survey it links to can be modified and tailored by researchers to suit their research context. Topics included in the expression of interest survey (e.g., accessibility needs, compensation preferences) represent important considerations for inclusive, meaningful family engagement.
The QR code and the link takes you to the generic form to see how it works. To modify and create a version that best suits your research team and areas of interest please click on the link to duplicate and you can edit and create your own version. The survey can also be translated to an alternate platform (e.g., REDCap) to ensure compliance with individual institutions’ data security policies.
Please follow this link to access the generic form or click the button below to access the flyer.
The Healthy Trajectories Child and Youth Disability Research Hub acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises the continuing connection to the lands and waterways on which we live, learn and work. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and to Elders past, present and emerging.
