Involvement of young people and family members as partners in research is growing, however we often do not budget properly for involvement, and that can make it hard for people to take part. It costs time, effort and energy to be a partner and we need to recognise and pay for that as researchers.
This budget planning infographic provides a range of items for team members to consider as they plan for involvement of consumers (young people and family members) as recognised members of their teams.
