This is a 5 minute video that explains the family of participation-related contructs through easy to understand examples. It breaks down the elements of participation as ‘attendance’ and ‘invovlement’, and highlights the other factors that impact participation – a person’s sense of self, their preferences and their activity competence, as well as their surrounding environment and context.
